How do I order a cake?

Some things that are helpful to know:
Do you deliver?
Yes delivery price depends on the location of your event, ranging from $20-$50.
Can you create a cake from a picture?
Yes we can duplicate or base your design off any cake you desire.
What is your payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due two weeks prior to delivery. This makes for ones less thing for you to worry about at the time of your special event. Payment for orders made less then 2 weeks prior to the event are due upon order.
If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided Cake Fanatics is notified at least five business days prior to the event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled less then five business days before the event.
Can I send you an email or order over the internet?
Yes but we prefer to meet with you in person or talk with you on the phone.
What payment options are available?
We except Visa, MasterCard, Discover card and of course cash. We do not offer payment plans.
