My first experience with EmmaLee Larsen and Cake Fanatics was for my husband’s homecoming to our new home, which I had prepared for him while he was away at school. I asked for her to have fun with the design, though I wanted it to suit the theme of our home, which was water (lots of blues, greens, turquoises, sand, etc.). EmmaLee presented the most stunning cake for my husband and I –it was perfect! She stenciled in small turquoise bubbles around the circumference of the cake by hand, created wave-like effects with the fondant, and had beautiful, edible wording “Welcome Home” on the top of the cake. She exceeded my expectations in every way and I was completely thrilled; the cake matched our home perfectly! In addition to that, though, it was DELICIOUS! It is not often that one finds a beautiful cake that also tastes amazing, but that is how Cake Fanatics’ cakes are designed. We had white chocolate cake (so dense and moist!) with raspberry filling (it tasted like she had crushed fresh raspberries by hand for the dessert). It was the most delicious thing EVER! On top of that, the white chocolate fondant was so yummy—it does not taste like traditional fondant, which is usually so sugary and unappealing. This was the most delicious frosting…it was just the right combination of sweet and succulent. I cannot imagine a better topping for a cake. All in all, I would highly recommend EmmaLee and Cake Fanatics for any occasion, be it Weddings, Birthdays, Home-Comings, Holidays, whatever! She is so creative, professional, and talented at her art form. You will realize that you made the best decision for your Event when you choose Cake Fanatics for your dessert needsJ!

EmmaLee always puts 110% of her effort into her baking/designing, her passion and love for baking shows through her work. She is extremely detailed, and her cakes look like the professional fancy cakes on TV. They not only look too good to eat, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how good they actually taste.
I love that Cake Fanatics is not limited, no design is too difficult for EmmaLee to create and the flavor options are endless. Desserts may just be a dessert, but when you order from Cake Fanatics, you will always WOW your guests and make that particular gathering extra memorable.

Not only is EmmaLee a pleasure to work with, her cakes are beyond amazing! They taste great, which I usually find wedding cake can be lacking. But not EmmaLee's! She is such a skilled artist and the cake she made for my wedding impressed me beyond belief. She also made seashell chocolates and cupcakes. She can do anything, and they taste soooooo good.
